Kathie Swanson (Millbury), a CMS member since her teenage years in the mid-1980's, finished 12th overall and was the first female overall. Carol Hurley (Spencer) was second overall and the first female master. Dawn Sather (Bolton) was the top senior, while Marjorie Rosiello (Shrewsbury) was the first age 70+ female.
Finishing second and fifth respectively, two juniors, David Marcinowski (Barre) and Dan Sullivan (Sterling) - an 8th grader - were the top two club finishers. Joe Drugan (Hopedale) and Ron Senosk (Shrewsbury), a CMS member since the late 1970's, were 1-2 among seniors. Richard Babin (Auburn) and Ed Sato (Worcester) placed first respectively in the veteran and age 70+ divisions. Matt Smith (Auburn), yet another area runner who has been a CMS member since the 70's, was second in the 70+ division.
