Kathy Swanson, a CMS member since her teenage years in the early to mid-1980's, finished 25th overall and was the top female finisher. Carol Hurley and Joanne Lachapelle were 1-2 in the masters' competition.
The first CMS runner to reach the finish line was Geary Daniels, who placed third overall and was the first master. Bill Gaudere was 7th overall and second master, while Howard Bottomly was the second senior.
