Coventry, RI November 23, 1997

Led by Jim Garcia (Westford), who topped a field of 36 in winning the Nifty Fifty, CMS added a USATF-NE 50 Mile Championship to its unbelievable collection of team championships.  Also scoring were Peter Blomquist (Worcester) and Jerry Campbell (Hubbardston),  who finished sixth and ninth respectively.  Also completing the race was John Quevillion (West Brookfield)
