This year's running of the Dam Trail Race featured a course that was just a bit longer than in previous years -- it
measured exactly 11.01 miles (according to one of the participants' GPS device), or at least it was
"Over 10 miles" as advertised on the race flier. Any way you look at it, a fun set of running trails along the French River;
several dozen runners competed in the race.
The top finisher for CMS was Tom Steele with a strong 4th place overall.
Rob Smith also broke into the top ten; he placed #2 overall in the masters
(40-49) age group.
And Heather Arsenault won the ladies race with several minutes to spare.
