Well it has lasted longah than the recent wedding of Kid Rock & Pammy..or for that matter longah than a recent fling with a young cream puff I had this fall - who ever said "love and war" lasts forever... but "weekly races can" last forever like the historic Fresh Pond Fiver in Cambridge run by that cantankerous Phil Keeley of Somerville, MA has.....so who knows maybe Paulie's House Run will have the kind of longevity that the Fresh Pond Fiver has had over 25+ years....19 runners tonight and they sprung in from all over like the crowd at Woodstock did 35+ years ago!!
Tracy Flynn gets all the credit for the baking smells that waff out of 224 1/2 Chandler Street on Monday nights...but behind the scenes there is another lass who has done her best to keep the lads and lasses bellies full post run with "sweets galore" and her name is....Heather Stevens of Princeton, MA...so tonight we pass on one big ole "Hip, Hip Horray"...for making the nights in Main South and the Village of Piedmont tasty ones.
Paulie's House Run is every Monday night and it will continue to be every Monday night unless the forces of evil have their way in the toughest parts of the City of Worcester...and this probably aint gonna happen cause the forces of evil have shot their load and it looks like Paulie's House Run is winnin' the battle and it is here to stay!!!!
Last Minute Bulletin...word out on the concrete pavement is that next Monday Night Santa Claus will be making a running appearance down the soft streets of Main South and through the Village of Piedmont AND he brings his own beer.....be on the lookout!!
