| I was apparently the only CMS runner in this 100-person 10K in Medford -- there were a lot of good races to choose from on Sunday. For me this was a chance to test injury recovery: I started with an 8 minute mile & then took each mile faster then that without re-injuring myself. West Medford has a lot of gentle but relentless hills. The race was well organized as far as I could tell. I liked meeting in the Medford city hall - a grand building with a lot of marble. |
