Coach Mark Perrone's "Ghastly Dash" is always a fun event. Competitors run through the Assumption College cross country course -- made spooky with cobwebs and other Halloween decorations -- and prizes are awarded for best costume.

In the 5K race the top finisher for CMS was Scott Deslongchamps, 19:47, who competed alongside some thirteen(!) members of the Assumption Cross Country team. The first female runner overall was Marta Carlson, in a time of 27:28.
