| Thanks for the heads-up from newer member David
Rushford. Mark Wigler was the top CMS finsiher, placing 4th
overall and tops in the frisky 50s category in this 5.5 mile
race. David came home 9th
overall, 2nd master. Art French was tops in
the swift 60s group and Mike Crowley rolled
home 24th overall.
Note that David is a good man to know because he is a Government Agent (well, he's employed by the City of Worcester, but "Government Agent" just sounds so cool). |
 Petersham
is located about seven miles south of Route 2 in the Northwest corner of
Worcester County. People come here for lunch, for golf (the
course is open to the public), to fish (the town has several
excellent trout streams and fishing is allowed in the Quabbin Reservoir)
to see the fall foliage and just to spend time away from the busy pace
of urban life. |
