This week saw a record turnout for the Newton Hill X-Country Series -- thanks mostly to coach Mark Perrone and his squad of Assumption College kiddies...

... And the Assumption runners had an easy time winning the race. Matt McDonald (19:00) and Chris Shulha (20:11) were the first across the tape; and Courtney Carney (23:36) was the ladies winner.

Leading finishers for CMS were Matt Cane (20:13), Jason Reed, and master Pat McCormick.
