CMS had a fine time at this annual run around the water.  Paul Hargreaves and Dominic Golding ran 2-3 overall, 1-2 in the master's  category.  Howard Bottomly was #2 in the sage 50s group.  

Ten-year old Brendan Whitson was 18th overall, tops in the junior category.  Mom Jennifer promised Brendan a top 20 finish would free him from raking the leaves and cleaning up his room for an entire month.  So it looks like stinky socks will accumulate under Brendan's bed until after Thanksgiving.

Lester Forgit ran 21st overall (looks like he'll have to clean HIS room).  And Caitlin Forgit, on November 8, placed 9th in the Central Mass HS XC championships. 

CMS Club President Lisa Mentzer was 3rd woman.  Lisa was slowed down by the Presidential body-guards and tiara.
