I love these corporate 5Ks.... A chance to cut out of work a little early, lace up the sneakers, and join hundreds of fellow delinquents in a run through the streets.

At last night's Cigna Healthcare 5K, the leading runners for CMS were Rod Viens (15:44) and Scott Clark (15:56), who finished 23rd and 27th respectively. College-meister Jeremy Huckins (16:34) also placed in the top 50.

The leading CMS lady was Veronica Kanga (17:27), the #8 female overall. Danielle Cove (26:30) had a respectable finish in her age group. And the inimitable Louise Rossetti (36:29) earned herself yet another first place in her division and a USATF qualifying mark.
