Dave Birse took the bronze medal in this 4-miler, with over 100 runners competing. The race was sponsored by the Rochester Fire Department, and the proceeds went to benefit Victims Inc. and the Connecticut Burn Care Foundation. A good race, run by fine folks, for worthy causes. Of course the next day Dave competed in a more light-hearted event. |
