Paul Talewsky (Middletown) placed 67th overall and tops in the 50+ group.  Shari Frigon (Spencer) was 138th overall and 3rd in her 35+ age group. 

The triathlon involves 3 activities:  swim, bike, run.  Actually, this should be done in a different order, to save time for the athletes in this time-crunched world.   How?  Glad you asked!  First, run and get all sweaty, then take a bar of soap when you go for the swim,  then air-dry as you ride the bike.  All done.  Clean and dry.   Great idea.  Wait 'til you hear my idea for shortening the amount of time it takes to have a baby.  Hmmm.
