Nothing like a nice run on the Cape, then wander off and park
on the beach. Ah the warm breezes, the gulls, the sun, the surf. Oops. October. It's just a bit chilly in the ocean in October. But not for John Crossman (Hudson) who rolled through this 5K with about 250+ other runners. John was sixth in his age group.
