Annual Members Only Meeting & Race a Success!

This year’s annual Member’s only meeting and race went off with a bang! The annual meeting held at the Orchard Hills Athletic Club attracted many members for the fun, run and festivities. At this meeting, the Board of Directors were elected for the coming year. Most of the incumbent members remained in their posts. Rich Lemerise decided to step down and enjoy the club as a regular member and John Walsh was elected as Vice President. Kim Wamback joins the board in John’s place as a Member-at-large. Ms. Wamback is also a new member of CMS and we would like to welcome her aboard. She’s a pretty speedy racer too! Some of the pictures on this page include our recruiting tactics. Get ’em young! The little tike seen here is Meg Ryan-Giarusso’s son, Philip. Jr. He was only too eager to help out the timing and scoring crew! The 5K run had 85 participants and conditions were very humid and 85 degrees. Once again. Cactus Pete’s of Worcester, MA provided an excellent BBQ meal which was enjoyed by the members and their families.  Additionally, the club recognized.
