Hi! I just wanted to let you and your group know of a run in the New York City area that might interest you guys. It's the first annual Corrine's Pride 5k fun run to fight Cystic Fibrosis (CF). The run will be held in Staten Island, New York at Clove Lakes Park at 10 a.m.

 This event is named for Corrine Liell a five year old from Staten Island who suffers from the disease. CF is the number one genetic killer of children and young adults in this country. Currently there is no cure! 

This run is designed to raise money that will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis foundation in hopes of someday finding a cure. There will be a BBQ at the park after the run. All pre-registered runners will receive a T-shirt. Entry fee is $15 before October 1st and $20 on race day.
