No.

Don't I need lots of computer equipment?

No.  You just need a computer and internet connection.

You're kidding.  Don't  I need to know HTML, CSS, GIF, JPEG, and all that other geek-stuff?

No.  But, you can still be a geek if you want to.

I'm really busy.  How much time will this take?

10 minutes for each race result.

You want me to do lots of results, don't you?

No.  Just do one ... each week. 

Do I have to actually be at the race? 

No.

But, don't I have to write up a story? 

No. Nice, but not necessary.

How about a race summary? 

No, but it would be nice if you did.

If I write up a race summary, what do I say?

How many runners competed,  what was the weather like, something about the town. Anything more is really cool.

But, don't I have to write up one of those hilarious little pun-filled, thought-provoking summaries like the Web Guy.

Uh...no.

How about pictures from the race?

If you have them, send them (crop and resize to a reasonable size, about 600x600 or so).

Do I get credit?

Yes.  Your name goes on the page.

Do I get paid?

You get paid exactly what the Web Guy gets paid.

Do I get volunteer credit, in case I want to get a Boston number?

Yes.  You get volunteer credit.

Do I get a T-shirt?

Yes.  But they are all mediums.  The Web Guy has lots. They may need to be laundered.

Can I put my picture on the page?

Yes.

Can I put my dog's picture on the page?

Yes.

I don't have a dog, can I have one?

Yes.  Tell your Father I said it was ok.
