  Once again, the Boston Athletic Association has allotted the Central Mass Striders some time-waived numbers for the Boston Marathon
to be run April 18, 2005. To apply you must:
- Be a current, paid up member of CMS and have joined before November 1, 2004, AND
- Have completed a marathon and be able to finish in 4 hours 30 minutes per BAA guidelines, AND
- Have volunteered some time to help CMS by December 5, 2004 (there is still time!)
Please understand that if there are more applicants than numbers, we will do our best to be fair. Volunteer work is the most important criterion. We will consider
the both the quality and quantity of your help. For example, a full day at Stu's or the BAA Half Marathon will be better received than 10 minutes of registration at a
weekly 5K.

Please include your name, address, telephone, and e-mail. Also include the name and date of the marathon you ran, as well as the time it took. Finally, be sure to
list volunteer work you have done. The post card needs to reach us no later
than December 31, 2004.
