USATF Mountain Running Update

On to mountain running. Here's what's coming up in May:

May 2 (Sunday) - 7 Sisters Trail Race - Amherst, MA - 12 miles - 3700' of up/down Info - http://www.7sisterstrailrace.com

May 8 (Saturday) - Prospect Mountain Road Race - Lake George, NY - 5.6 miles - 1600' of climb

May 16 (Sunday) - Monadnock Mountain Challenge (Trail)  - Ringe, NH - 10k & 5k - 2000' of up/down Monadnock State Park - Gilson Pond entrance off Dublin Road Contact: Donna Dauphinais, d.dauphinais@juno.com , 603-899-2751.  This is a new race!

May 23 (Sunday) - Wachusett Mountain Road Race - Princeton, MA - 4.3 miles - 1095' of climb Info - http://www.usatfne.org/trail/ 
Part of the USATF-NE Mountain Running Series.

May 29 (Saturday) - Mount Kearsarge Road Race - Warner, NH - 8.5 miles - 2445' of climb Info - http://www.usatfne.org/trail/  Part of the USATF-NE Mountain Running Series.

The above mentioned races provide a nice variety of hilly trail and road races. These are also great races for anyone looking to get in shape for the USATF Mountain Running National Championship at Mt. Washington (June 19).
