Paul Low, CMS (MA) and Simon Gutierrez (NM) finished 5th and 6th respectively (1:21:06 & 1:21:09) giving them the overall team title at the 2003 Challenge Stellina in Susa, Italy. Paul set the fastest time ever run by an American at the Challenge Stellina. Colorado's Mark Werner finished in 18th place in a time of 1:28:38. Once again New Zealand's Jonathan Wyatt was the class of the field winning by over 4 minutes. Kelli won the women's race earlier this year at the USATF-NE Mountain Running Championships.
