Dan Conti had a busy evening, competing in three events. But Joel Legare grabbed the spotlight, smoking a fast half. Good to see Joel is rounding into top shape. |

Dan Conti ( Quabbin 99 and Holy Cross 03 ) ran
7.87 for 5th in the 55 meter hurdles. URI's Colin Aina was 1st in 7.45. Dan came
back to place 8th in the long jump with 5.83m or 19'01.50. U
Conn's Brian Egy sailed 23' 9" for first. Dan also heaved the shot 1.38m or
37'04.00 for 11th place. U Conn's Steve McGovern cleared 50' for the winning
toss.

Joel Legare ( Wachusett 01 and U Conn 05 ) flew
through a very fast 1:51.67 800 meters, winning by almost 7 seconds.
