Dan Conti ( Quabbin 99 and Holy Cross 03 ) placed
7th in the pole vault, clearing 4.00m or 13-01.50. URI's Brett Mathews
topped the field with 15' 5". Dan also took the 100 meter hurdles, clocking 15.36
to win by a half second.

Robert Leader (Leominster '02 Holy Cross '06) placed
third in the 400 meters, clocking 51.39. URI's Robert Johnson
was first in 49.59. Robert also placed fifth in the 200 meters with 24.16,
behind Eric Groce's (URI) swift 22.56.

Matt Swett ( South 00 and Worcester State 04 )
clocked 16.10 good for fourth in the 110 meter hurdles. Matt also ran
12.09 for thirteenth in the 100. URI's Eric Groce was first in
11.04.
