Former Central Mass High Schoolers we found in the results.  UConn topped Maine 19 to 68, with U Mass 3rd with 97.  

  • Matthew Clark ( St Peter Marian 2 and U Mass Amherst 6 ) was 7th man for U Mass. 
  • Andrew McCarron ( Lunenburg 2 and U Mass Amherst 6 ). Andrew was U Mass' 3rd man.  Andrew is also a card-carrying member of the Central Mass Striders.

Over in the women's 5K, we had two former CM HS'ers. UNH looked unbeatable, placing 4 in the top 7, but had to sweat out a squeaker over U Conn 36 to 41. 
  • Amanda Dahlberg ( Gardner '01 and U Mass Amherst '05 ), was U Mass' 5th finisher. 
  • Katie Litwinowich ( Wachusett '99 and New Hampshire '03 ), post-grad,  was UNH's 4th finisher.
