U Mass Lowell placed 10th overall with 293 points in the NCAA division II cross country championships. Nate Jenkins (Narragansett HS '00) was the #2 man for UM, coming home 53rd overall. . Stonehill placed 12th overall, with 304 points. Mario Fraioli (Auburn HS '00) was the #1 man and 28th overall. Sean McKeon (Millbury '01) was #4 man, 82nd overall.
Adams State scored an impressively low 40 points, putting all 5 scorers inside the first 15 finishers.
