Sheela Agrawal (Case HS and Duke University)  clocked 5:08.38 for 1st place in the mile.  Sheela needs 5:01 to qualify for the ECACs and 4:49 for the NCAAs. 


Mike Smith (Wachusett HS and Georgetown) ran 4:18.88 for 3rd in the mile.  Mike needs 4:14 to qualify for the IC4As and 4:06 for the NCAAs.
