U Mass Lowell was 24th in the team competition, behind North Dakota State's winning total in the women's competition..  All seven of Lowell's points were scroed by Jill Croft.

Jill Croft (Gardner HS '98 and U Mass.-Lowell Senior) ran 7.59 for 3rd in the 2nd heat, then ran 7.63 for 8th in the finals.  Jill also placed third in the long jump, with a leap of 19'08.00. 

Joe Sans (Naragansett HS '98 and U Mass.-Lowell Senior) ran 4:18.62 2 for 12th overall in the prelims. The top 10 times moved on to the finals.
