The Armory NYC  is the mecca for indoor track and field on the east coast. 

Jennifer McCarthy (Wahcusett HS '98 and COLGATE) ran  2:16.70 for 4th in the 800 Meters "B" Race University championships. 

Christine Moschella (Hopkinton HS and  STANFORD) ran 56.00 for 16th in the 400 meters prelims. 

Chris Carvelli (North Middlesex HS and LA SALLE) placed seventh in the mile with  4:15.30.  Chris needs to knock off one more second to qualify for the IC4As.  

Tristan Colangelo (Gloucester HS and  PRINCETON University) ran 8:13.97 for 9th in the 3000 meters, and qualified for the IC4As.    Stanford's Seth Hejny was first in 7:59.91.   Tristan is a former state champ in XC. 

PJ Morris (Ayer HS and  BROWN) ran 7.20 in the 60 meter prelims, the 23rd fastest time. 

Andrew Powell (Oliver Ames HS and  STANFORD) sophomore clocked 4:18.30 in the "B" mile, good for 12th.  4:05 provisionally qualifies for the NCAAs. more about this athlete etc goes here Andy is the former Mass HS state champ in several distance categories. 

Franklyn Sanchez (Lynn VoTech and GEORGETOWN) came in with a seed time of  8:03.00, but recorded a  DNF in the 3000.  Franklin holds the Mass state indoor 2 mile record, recorded in a win over Andy Powell.

Mike Smith (Wachusett HS and  GEORGETOWN) clocked  8:20.35 for third in the 3000 "B" race championship.  8:29 qualifies for the IC4As, 8:10 the NCAAs.
