Through the obfuscation (this was the silver, neither the purple nor black race), we found several former Massachusetts High Schoolers (you can run, but you cannot hide!). Sometimes the computer has a mind of its own. In this case, it insists that Megan Coombs is from Grisword HS in Massachusetts. Sorry, can't find that...but there is a Griswold HS in Connecticut. Anyway, Lara Niell, Bromfield School and Dartmouth was #2 finisher, 57th overall. Kim Thalman is from Eastern Mass HS, but what the heck. Laura Smith, Wachusett HS '99 and BC was 135th overall and BC's #6. Julie Spolidoro (Duxbury HS and BC) was a top 5 BC'er, 51st overall. |
