It is billed as a quad, but five teams competed: MIT, Bates, Coast Guard, Westfield State, and WPI.
Kyle Rudolph, Ashland HS and Westfield State, (is Ashland considered part of Central Mass?). Kyle placed 5th in the 200 meter dash in 24.30 and first in the 60 meter dash in 6.72.
Jason Pappas, Fitchburg HS 96 and Westfield State senior, placed fifth in the 600 meter run in 1:29.06, behind Tony Pelosi's 1st place time of 1:27.42.
Eric Nygard, Naragansett HS 97 and Westfield State junior, placed 13th in the 800 in 2:14.49. Dave Kessler of the Coast Guard Academy took first in 2:00.83
Phil Loiselle, Leominster HS 97 and MIT junior, placed 6th in the 1,000 meters in 2:42.61. Teammate Sean Montgomery topped the field in 2:32.79.
