Jill Croft, Gardner HS '98 and U Mass Lowell ran the fastest time in the 55 Meter dash prelim (7.20), then placed second in the finals in 7.18, behind teammate Ericka Rice's 7.09. Jill then came back to place third in the 200 meter dash in 26.40. Teammate Ericka Rice again took first in 25.92. Jill, as usual, came back in the High Jump to place second on misses at 1.58meters (5' 4.25"). And then, all warmed up and looking for another event, Jill topped the field in the Long Jump with a 5.46 meter leap (17' 11"). Jill also sold tickets and swept up after the meet.
Elizabeth Gorecki, Murdock HS and U Mass Lowell, placed sixth in the 400 meter run in 1:03.90. 1:01.9 topped the field.
Danielle Brideau, Fitchburg HS '96 and U Mass Lowell, placed fourth in the 500 meter run in 1:24.67. Kristin Manwaring, competing unattached, smoked the field in 1:16.77.
Kristy Pappas, Fitchburg '96, and U Mass Lowell, placed third in the Mile in 5:26.17.
Lara Niell, Bromfield '98 and Dartmouth College, placed 5th in the 5,000 in 18:08.64.
Jonathan Murphy, Worcester South '98 and U Mass Lowell, placed 9th in the mile in 4:34.07. Wilson Perez topped the field in 4:20.09.
Joe Sans, Narragansett HS and U Mass Lowell, placed sixth in the 3000 in 9:00.48. Teammate Kevin Alliete was first in 8:48.17.
