Gayle Pageau (Algonquin 98) and Colby sophomore, placed 62nd in 20:05. Gayle was eighth finisher for Colby, only 3 seconds behind Colby's seventh placer. Gayle once placed a lofty 5th in the Central Mass XC championships in 1997. Jessica Johnson of Middlebury led the way in 17:36 for the 5K distance. Colby placed 5th of eleven teams.
Chip Colwell (Bromfield School 99) and Colby freshman, placed 17th in 18:42 over the 5K distance in the Alumni/Open race.
