Abby Rubino (Southwick-Tolland HS 98) and U Mass Frosh, placed 17th in the preliminary round of the 100 meter dash at the ECACs in 12.41. Heather Palmer (Sterling, MA) and U Mass Frosh, placed 24th in the pole vault with a leap of 10' even. Johanna Lelke (Southboro, MA) and U Mass Frosh, placed 28th in the pole vault with a leap of 9' 6 1/4".
Jillian Croft (Gardner 98) and U Mass Lowell Frosh, placed tied for 8th in the High Jump with a leap of 5' 5 3/4". Dora Gyorffy of Harvard took first by almost seven inches with a leap of 6' 4.25".
U ConnBethany Hart (Grafton 95) and U Conn Senior, placed fifth in the shot put at the ECACs with a toss of 46' 8 3/4". Cheree Hicks took first by nearly five feet in 53' 9.75".
University of New HampshireKevin Horgan (Oakmont 96) and UNH Junior, placed 23rd in the 1,500 meters in 3:49.79 at the ECACs.
Providence CollegeErin Murphy (Shrewsbury 95) and Providence Senior, ran the anchor leg of the 4x800 relay team, which placed eleventh with a time of 9:18 in their heat at the IC4As in Fairfax VA. Wheaton College
Colleen Burch (Leicester 98) and Wheaton frosh, anchored the 4x100 meter relay team to fifth place in 47.15. Wheaton placed second overall in the team competition at the NCAA Division III championships held at Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio, May 20-22.
