Kristen Frank (Wachusett HS and UVM) took first in the first heat in the 100 meters at the Dartmouth Invitational held Sunday, April 25.   Kristen ran 13.28.  However, the third heat (did they get a boost from the wind?) placed five runners ahead of Kristen, led by Jen Hayes of UVM in 12.49.  So Kristen wound up in sixth. Kristen then came back to take fifth in the 200 meters, running 26.85, behind Val Williams of UNH winning time of 25.35

Dartmouth College

Remember Susan Ashlock ?  Several years ago, Susan came out of Andover to take the State HS 2-mile outdoor championship, running away from the Central Mass contingent, led by Millie Crisostomo.  Susan is now at Dartmouth (along with Lara Niell, Bromfield,  and Erin Dromgoole, Millbury). Susan ran 2nd in the 1500 at the Dartmouth Invitational on April 25, in 4:40.83.
