barryMarvelous weather for mallards. Before the race started, Chandler Street, between WSC and Mill Street, was flooded from the lawns on one side of the street to the lawns on the other side in two places. Thanks to the work of an anonymous soul, the sidewalks were passable by race time. Alas, the festivities of two days prior and the rain slowed the runners' paces but not their spirits.
