Several competitors, realizing that this was the last run in a frozen January, celebrated by doing their dance of carbulla, which, when loosely translated, means "I am so happy that January is over, the kids are in school, the bills are paid, and I am healthy enough to complete a 5K on a Saturday morning." Yowza!
