Directly after CMS 5K #43, which started at 9:00AM, Nick headed out to complete Dick & Stu's Deer Run which was scheduled to begin at 11:00AM in Boylston (#186.) That was to be followed by the Trick or Trea t Trot 5K in Newburyport at 3:00PM (#187), leaving him 28 races short of a record 215 races in one year. Also present in the scant field of ten was Ed Sato, who when he crossed the finish line completed his 141st race of the year.
