This week it was Mike Weinberg and Kevin McCusker who battled it out for 1st place in the 5K. Mighty Mike came out on top (17:60), breaking the 18-minute barrier by a margin of ...... well let's just say it was a really small margin.
Amy Paquette (22:14) was first overall in the women's race.
Roxanne Robert finished a strong 2nd, and recorded a personal best time (23:40) along the way. Well done!!
