Newcomer James McGrew joins CMS and wins with an impressive time while Jayna McCarron continues her streak and wins, 3rd week in a row for the ladies. This will be her last race for some time as she heads back to her job in the Coast Guard in San Diego. Meanwhile some AIM (Tri team) runners lead by Karen Mackin used us as a training run to boost our numbers for the best turnout for the summer series so far.

Reminder: This Wednesday's 5K will be the CMS Members Race, at the American Legion in West Boylston (159 Hartwell Street). The race start is 6:30 pm!
