A very "fresh" morning for a 5K road race. [According to Terry Elliott, that's the Canadian word for "bone-chilling cold"!]

Adam Parslow (18:16) has added another victory to his 2007 racing season, this time with an exciting kick down the final home stretch to outrun Kevin McCusker. Parslow has now won 4 of the 5 races that he's entered in the 5K Series this year; he really could use a speedier last name.

Jodi Hirschman (25:25) had the women's race all to herself -- when she crossed the finish line, her nearest competition still had a half-mile left to go.
