A chilly morning, with stiff headwinds and icy patches along the roads. Two dozen die-hard runners got out of bed early to compete in our 5K race.

The speediest finisher overall was Travis Thompson (19:37); Sarah Joyce (20:48) was the first lady.

Special thanks goes to Dave Dunham -- CMS men's racing team captain -- for volunteering at this morning's 5K race. It's not everyday we have a course monitor who has run a 2:21 marathon, won the Mount Washington road race 3 times, and has run a lifetime total distance of 96,700 miles (and counting)!
