Personal bests!

Everything came together at this week's 5K race -- big field of runners, pleasantly warm/cool conditions at race time, the giddiness of a long three-day weekend ahead, etc. etc.

Whatever the reason, a bunch of runners this week ran the 5K distance faster than they've ever done before:

• Paul Sheerin, 20:07
• Jeremy Kelleher, 27:45.

... Something tells me, all four of 'em will be setting new bests before the Winter season is done....
