On a hot sticky day with no shade...new course records! Greg Ward came in at 16:22, and a new women's record was set by Barbara McManus in 18:52. The top 10 were all under 20 minutes. unheard of for our little Devens races.

Needless to say, a lot of our POLAR BEVERAGES were consumed after the race. (Thanks, POLAR BEVERAGES).

A whole slew of folks from Ayer came by and arranged to run a mile, from the start to the fire station, including some of the rodent-terrorized middle-schoolers from race 25. One brave soul just kept running & finished the whole 5K. Welcome back. Ayer rules!
