Adam Parslow, first CMS runner, continues to whittle his times down as he took 9 seconds off of last week's PR. And this was while running the harder counter clockwise direction! Barbara McManus continues to hold her lock on the top female spot. Travis Thompson, although not a CMS member (yet?), also had a noteable finish with a PR run too. Paul Sheerin and Ellen MacGillvray were our top Master runners. George Paradis and Jodi Hirschman were our top Seniors while The Art French and Laura Beckwith topped the Veteran category.
