Marty Ellowitz (19:20) and Amy Paquette (23:35) were the speediest runners at this morning's 5K at Worcester State, the first event in our 52-Week Series for the brand new year 2006. The field of runners was small but surprisingly diverse: participants came from all "four corners" of Worcester County. Runner Dan Santos even flew in from Western Michigan! |

... Finally a warm welcome to our newest volunteer, Amit Arora. Amit drove the CMS pace car in front of the lead pack, and helped afterwards with selecting the random draw winners. (Sorry, Amit's car was not one of the prizes.) |
