... Welcome back to Worcester State, everybody. It is now officially "Fall/Winter" on our 52-Week Series calendar, and the 5K races have moved to Saturdays 9:00 am. I love these autumn morning runs.

Tim Boilard was so excited to hear about the 5K races returning to Worcester State, he packed his bags and moved from Colorado to Massachusetts! Tim's winning time this week was 16:51 -- a whole minute-per-mile faster than he really needed to secure first place.

Carol Hurley (20:51) won the women's race, by an equally impressive margin. (... Carol scored 5 victories during last year's Fall/Winter series. Will she outdo herself this season?)

Congrats also go to Paul Sheerin, who lowered his personal best 5K time down to 20:52. Well done!
