A real nice turnout for this week's 5K: lots of high school kiddies, as well as several runners from (gasp) other running clubs! Remember, joining CMS gets you into the 52-Week Series races for half price.

... In the men's race, Bill Arvanitis was the overall winner in a time of 17:54. This is Bill's final appearance at our 5K series before he returns to college. Finishing 2nd and 3rd overall this week were Mike Thornton -- whose 18:06 was exactly the same as his time last week(!) -- and Dan Navaroli (18:34).

The ladies' overall winner was Kris Gleason (21:18) from North Medford Club. Runner-up was Cricky C. Cicchetti from Concord (22:14), and the first CMS female was ... Sau Mei Leung!
