Not many surprises at this week's Worcester State 5K race. Dan Ostiguy was the overall winner (17:16) for the third week in a row, and Annie Gorski took first in the women's race (20:44) just as she did last week. The first CMS male finisher was Marty Ellowitz (19:44), who drove all the way from Hubbardston to compete.

As Kevin has mentioned in the Bulletin Board, we are currently looking for a new location for the Summer Series portion of our CMS 52-Week 5K Series. Our longtime 5K course at Orchard Hills now has too much car traffic.

So we're asking you, dear reader, for help with keeping the Summer Series going. If you know a good site for a 5K race in Central Mass, located pretty much anywhere north of Worcester State, please contact Kevin or myself via email.

An ideal location would have bathroom & changing facilities, and would allow us to hold the annual Members' Race and dinner.
