At this morning's Worcester State 5K, someone reminded me that I've been neglecting the senior and veteran runners in these race writeups. A very good point!

So hats off to Glenn Richards (22:17) and Linda Usher (22:45) for placing first in the 50-59 age group. Congrats also to Art French (23:43) and Laura Beckwith (25:01) in the 60-69 division.
