The first day of Spring! Birds are singing, trees are budding, and the Spring Track kiddies at our 5K are starting to show their speed.

The top CMS finisher at this week's race was Dan Navaroli (17:39), who finished second overall. Dan competes for the Fitchburg State track team and he used this morning's run as a speed workout.

The age-group prizes went to Mike Auger (20:52), George Paradis (21:17), and Art French (23:39).

Karen Berni-Giarusso (23:48) had the ladies race all to herself!
