A picture-perfect weekend for running -- clear and sunny skies, cool air, a steady breeze.

Dan Navaroli (17:41) won this week's 5K with a whole lot of room to spare. Mark Wigler and Stephen Gemme picked up the seniors and juniors prizes, and Dan Ostiguy rounded out the field of sub-20:00 finishers.

In the ladies race it was Linda Usher (23:08) and Tabitha Lumpkins (23:21) continuing their winning ways. Karen Giarusso earned the third spot, and she also won a pair of CMS gloves from the random draw!
